Yep, I agree with you, though it's going to be a long wait for his first season.
He's been brilliant in loads of TV and films, but I remember that he completely stole Torchwood S3--okay, one might argue "not difficult" but still, he was wonderful in that.
Anyway, hooray! A Doctor who's older than me (just). I never thought I'd type those words again.
